This is a light experimental I have done at home.
Where is the green light came from when red film cover 2/3 white lilght?
Don’t tell me there is visual fatigue, because my camera don’t feel tired.
And, another strange light is come from another way:
Soure:
It has to do with subtractive (CMYK) versus additive (RGB) color. As you know, “white” light is an even distribution of color. If a narrow beam of light strikes a “green” surface which is not reflective (which would simply bounce the white light, overpowering this curious effect), the “green” surface will absorb the G component while allowing the remaining colors that were not absorbed, RB, to continue traveling to another nearby surface. It will appear to be magenta or cyan.
