Cycles HDRI lighting problem

As you can hopefully see from the attached pictures, for some reason my HDRI is not lighting my scene evenly, and I’m trying to figure out why. Light-emitting planes do the same thing, anything below the world origin point does not add any light to the scene.



Outliner Header > set from “Visible Layers” to “All Scenes” and analyze what’s blocking the light… also check Layers set for Rendering
