Lighting not affecting any surfaces

So ive ripped an overwatch map from the game and am using it for modeling purposes. I have loaded all the textures and materials and you can see:

(The one surface is pink using diff and gloss just for demonstration purposes)
now the problem I am having is that none of the light sources (which I have hundreads of) are affecting any of the surfaces. Ive checked that they all have a high strength setting and in render settings all clamp values are zero. In addition, most surfaces are not glossy and have some reflective so dont see a problem there. In my node editor, you can see I have my material output connected to a mix shader with diff and gloss, this is my test pink surface. In this image:

you can see that there is some light being emitted from the stack of paper. For whatever reason, some objects that contain some sort of emission settings shine but only for a small area. In this photo, I have added a light source of my own which is affecting the pink surface. Still nothing.

I honestly dont know what is really going on. I am sure there is a setting i have missed somewhere but I cannot see it! Also, if you know the solution that will enable one light to work, that is a great start. However, I have hundreds of lights with hundreds of objects being affected so I would also need to know how to make the fix affect all the other ones as well.

Thanks for reading! Look forward to hearing back from anyone soon!

Here is where you can download the .blend file: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Ap6QjKtmTHhvTeKNM5Gdu8N0qKy87Rmv?usp=sharing

Cycles isn’t a game engine optimized for this sort of thing. It prefer a single large light source, not hundreds of tiny light sources that can’t even be localized. Only solution is to use about a gazillion samples. It’s just not that kind of an engine.

Game assets are probably copyrighted. Not sure what I think about ripping it and making it available. Although I don’t know anything about overwatch.

Basically, to make one light source work, you probably have to turn off all/most of the other ones.
A general advice though, start smaller

thanks for the responce but as I said. I have tried a single light source. Nothing works. In terms of your legality concerns, they made it public for people to use
