Problem of scaling when exporting a rig in fbx

Hi, I have made a simple model with a rig for a friend that uses 3DStudioMax, and so I’m exporting in fbx and dae.
I have applied the rotation/scale with ctrl+A, and in the exporting options I’ve just selected the objects and the armature tab. I’m using 2.77
The rig is NOT applied to any object; it’s independent, so no vertex groups, no hierarcies, no skinning ecc.

How to solve?
