Here is my issue:
I am working on a human character. She has long finger nails and I am getting an odd effect when I adjust them. So the beck faces seem to be penetrating through to the opposite side in object mode. When I go to the edit mode and fix it and come back out to object mode, it looks as if I never adjusted anything. I tried restarting blender. Have never encountered this problem before. At this point any advice will have to do coz I can’t figure it out. Thanks.
Did you by chance create a Shape Key and by accident model with the shape key selected? Another possible reason, duplicate geometry hidden in Edit Mode showing up in Object mode. Try Alt H in Edit Mode.
This is funny. Right before I looked at your comments I remembered a single shape key I used. Don’t generally use them, that’s why it completely slipped my mind. Thanks both of you for your time.
