Delete not always a option?

Why is delete not always a option? Is gives me the option under addons ,but not in technical support.

Typically, forum members should have the ability to delete a post if there are no replies after it. But once there are replies, post deletion requires reporting to the moderation team.

Just so we are on the same page. I am talking about my replies to a thread and not a thread that I start.

This thread https://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?393395-Theme-Substance-Painter-and-Substance-Designer/page2 allows me the option to delete my reply.

This thread https://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?447485-Problem-in-wireframe-mode-when-object-to-Big doesn’t. The only thing different, is no other reply after mine.

Very strange. Let’s see if it’s fixed now.

I checked both threads and noticed I no longer have the ability to delete in the thread that allowed it. Is this how it’s suppose to work?
