Blender Cycles + Denoise = Blue Screen f Death

[All good now, I was able to find what I screwed up]

I landed a good one… When rendering away with Cycles + ticking Denoise (using my Raedon GPU) I get a blue screen of toast.
When I don’t have Denoise ticked it renders flawlessly
The GPU doesn’t overheat… the stats are good…

Does someone have a good idea?

maybe run a memtest to rule out hardware issues.

does cpu work? whats your system? what blender?

Problem solved…
I have found a massive memory jam going on.
I overdid it.

I am rendering at 35mm and set the same to the tile dimensions under performance ^^

that would do it. 256x256 tiles are the recommended for gpu.
