I know that when I insert location key I can change the spacing from graph editor but what about when I insert rotation key?
You can move any keyframes and their handles in Graph Editor, including G (moving) R (rotating) S (scaling), etc. you can use boxes (B) or C to select keyframes. Moving a keyframe in X axis moves frame number, moving in Y alters keyframed value, other wise please be more specific about what you are asking.
