"Creased" vertices on smooth topology

I’m having some issue with my retopology mesh where some vertices are getting “creased” as if extruded on the spot, which they’re not ! I’ve tried to smooth in Sculpt mode, but it doesn’t change anything to these vertices. The issue can be corrected if I place the vertices elsewhere, but the range is very tight. I also tried to delete all Vertex Groups, but the problem is still here.


Inverted normals. Edit mode, select all, ctrl+N

I did “Recalculate outside” and it solved the issue ! Thanks !

In fact i didn’t knew vertices are subject to normals. Now I know.
