Help importing ANM files into Blender

Hey there! So I’m completely new to animating on Blender and I don’t even know if the thing I want to do is actually possible or not.

So I made a model for a character in League in Legends and had the animation files exported from the game and all.
Someone made the rig for my model and I renamed the bones to match the ones in the original game model.
But all the animation files are .anm and I can’t figure out a way to import them into Blender. I don’t even know if it’s possible?
All I want to do is try to import the animation files from the game into my model, in hopes that they’d work like they’re some kind of Motion Data?
I’m unsure if that is the correct expression. Any tips?

First picture is the game model and rig, while the second is mine, I also can’t figure out how to get the bones to look like the first one… I’m unsure if that changes anything but, I’m completely new to this so I’ll take anything!
Thank you!

Could we get a look at the blend file? It’s hard to tell much from a few images and some text.
