Topology/anatomy feedback on base female human mesh

Hello, I am working on a realistic human model to use for a game which will have character customization sliders and am looking for some feedback on my base mesh before I subdivide and make all the morph targets. Because of the way morph targets work, I won’t be able to easily make any changes to the topology (adding or removing verts) once I start so I need it to be absolutely solid before I begin.

The base mesh here is female but it will be able to morph into a male one. I figured I’d model the female one since it would be easier to turn breasts into a male chest than it would the other way around.

There will be 3 LOD versions, but this model will only be the basis for the second and third. I’ll make a super low poly one later for the first.
