I’m trying to get developers and real estate agencys interested in doing more 3D work. (bypassing Architects)
So I’m photographing empty lots or building shells under construction and dropping in a finished building.
Blender makes this surprisingly easy. There are usually elevations posted at the job site so I know approximately what to do.
For a finished render I would do better. But I think they want quick and cheap for marketing and whatever.
I guess I’ll put together a flyer and add the render.
Yeah I understand about converging verticals. But thanks I’ll read that.
Real Estate photos always look like snapshots. I’m getting away from the architectural look.
If they want that they will have to pay for a finished render.
