Gaps with diplacement modifier

Hello everyone,

I have huge issue with working on the patio furniture library. My big issue is related with the diplacement (true) node in material. The old good way to make displacement wont work anymore couse the density of mesh and sone random changes with texture. Thats why we need to use adaptive subdivision which doesnt work with old displacement. The old method automaticly fix gaps in the place when 2 different color values connects especialy on the edges. Now i see the gaps. Tried everything like smothing etc. Can You guys help me? Thank You!
