So… I’m going to try to re-track the topic and talk about the project itself:

I just watched a couple of your videos and I’m not convinced your “rgb curves-based” approach will be the most convenient for the purpose of making procedural humans.

Have you looked into SDFs? There’s geonodes presets for them, and you can get quite detailed models with it. There’s a free addon here: SDF Presets for Geometry Nodes or here: https://zweaver.gumroad.com/l/zsdfp

And you can even see a pretty character “modeled” with SDFs here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8--5LwHRhjk

Another point I’d like to make: besides having good topology, it’d be convenient for your project if you watch anatomy classes (like those from Proko on Youtube) and learning how to simplify the body shapes (like what Mitch Leeuwe shows). Learning that will help you to build appealing models, which will also help to attract interest/costumers/investors in time.

Also, regarding topology, the first minute of this video will help you for the human head: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61EnfAGo7Tc
