I plan to create the characters and start blocking out the scenes, animation is minimal, but I need all the help I can get, animating the 3d models and scenes as well as any help in putting the scenes together ( sets, backgrounds etc) If you want to connect, get full credit for co creating a government related animation for your portfolio, and of course future paid collaborations as I get bigger budgets for us.
