Actually it’s my first sculpture ever, not only in the miniature land, and I think it turned out quite well, so I post it.
It’s loosely based on a character in the Warcraft world, but it can’t even really be recognised. Anyhow, it’s created for my own fun by myself, and I only show it here to get some opinions. If it is a problem, please tell me so and I’ll remove it.
Thanx
edit: sorry for the file sizes, but I only have this phone-camera to take photos and I didn’t want to loose any detail by downsizing and further compressing.
Thanks. It’s made of an epoxy putty kinda material. The exact name is Alteco Epo-putty. I wanted to use green stuff, after reading a bit, but it’s hard to get here. This one is really hard when it sets, and on the back view you can see that some parts have broken off already. I read that green stuff is a bit flexible, just enough so it doesn’t brake easily, so that might be better.
O, and I forgot, it’s 4 cms (1.58 inches) tall from base to the top of his head. Actually this is why the pictures are a bit blurry, hard to get a decent picture witha phone-cam in this size.
Looks really good Erufailon, especially considering the scale of the model. You’ve added some really nice details in there too. You could give super sculpey firm a go or just normal sculpey as I’ve found that quite nice to work with.
