2.49 UI to 2.5x UI

Hi, I have some blender files that were made in blender 2.49 and when I open them in blender 2.57 the UI looks like this:

It’s UI is formatted after the 2.49 UI. I was wondering if there was anyway to change the UI to look like the new UI without losing any animations I have.

When you open the blend file, deslect ‘Load UI’ from the left side of the blender file browser window.
Note animations made in blender 2.49b may not work in blender 2.57.
