[2.6] Can´t change size on "Buttons window"/"Properties" like in 2.49?

As the title says. Is it no longer possible to change size/zoom in/out, the interface in the “Buttons window”?

Edit: Also not possible to rearange all the categories?

To change the size inside of those panels in 2.6x, you need to press and hold CTRL and Middle Mouse button and move the mouse, it will change their size.

Thanks. About the categories, I´ve just found out how to move them around. But i fail to “combine” them so that it creats tabs within one category/panel.
Is there another way for this also?
