2.60 Unwrap/Texture problem


I’m trying to unwrap/texture a model. I loaded an Image, selected all of the models right vertices -> unwrap project from view, the same with the left side. After that selected both sides, inverted the selection and unwraped the rest. The unwrapped parts of the Model display correctly together within the UV/Image Editor.

Problem: only the right side of the Model is paintable/ shows a texture.

How do i fix that/what i’ve done wrong?

Not sure what exactly you mean. Can you post a screen shot showing your model in edit mode and the UV mesh in the UV editor?

Thanks for your willing to help, although i just fixed it right now on the way to take a screenshot. Seems like there was a strange bug, reassigning the only available and already assigned Image did it.
