[2.79] Artifacts with viewport Ambient Occlusion

Activating viewport AO results in strange shading artifacts (Blender Render and Cycles). Multisampling and anisotropic filtering are deactivated in the system settings. Drivers are up to date. Any ideas?


Your camera clipping distance is very wide (0.001-10000), change it to a more reasonable depth (0.1-100 or similar depending on your scene size) and see if problem goes away. Very large clip depth causes precision issues.
