2.8 Custom Top Bar Menu

Hey there,

I try to add a TopBar menu —> File Render Window Help CustomMenu

I found solutions for 2.79 but nothing works for 2.8
What I did to add my Menu was to edit the UI Startup Menu which gave me a good result.
But to keep thinks easy I want to call a script after blender has launched to add my Menu as a final step

just add to this type in the register method

bpy.types.TOPBAR_MT_editor_menus.append(addmenu_callback)
