2.8 viewport - flashing in Ortho but ok in Perspective

Running a AMD GPU in Windows 10

While in Orthographic view, while rotating around the viewport, the mesh appears/disappears while the wireframe stays.

The moment I switch to Perspective view, issue dispersal.

This happens in both the basic shading (flat/studio/mocap) and the second one (hdr). In rendered (third one) it works ok.

ANyone experienced similar issue?

Latest build.

Just wanted to confirm if anyone else has simialr issue or if it is my setup. Tested with few scenes and it seems random between the scenes.
