Using blender 2.80 fresh install here.
Is there a way to increase the visibility of selected edges - especially when they are at the border to the geometry (please see screenshots)?
Maybe changing color for “Active Vert/Edge/Face” helps you.
I think this has to do with contrast and our perception of it. Try a darker color for the mesh so the contrast isn’t that great.
