I had a hard time finding the button to enable/disable automerge. It’s now under the “options menu” and it’s not so obvious as it was before.
The issue is that whatever I turn it on or off, duplicated vertices still merges together at some points.
I duplicate vertices, I drop them on spot and I move them, normally it works fine but in 2.9, with a project that went through 2.78 and 2.8 first, but right now it’s buggy like that. Thought, I really can’t afford vertices merging together when I don’t want them to, intentionally, because time is precious.
