2.9 User preferences corrupt can't open any version of blender

I loading my user pref and was using 2.9 for days.
then I went to add an addon and when I went user preferences it crashed. Now anytime I open up blender it crashes on load.

I tried to reinstall 2.9 and that didn’t help, the other versions of blender I have installed won’t open as well. Is there a global user preference file I need to overwrite?

Thank you, here’s what I had to do.
Delete all the user pref files from all the versions and then restart, if this happens to anyone else.

Of course you’ll have to go the hell on setting up all your add-ons, and custom UX
