2.93 Alpha - EEVEE Render: Sparkling Halo issue

Hi All, I’m trying to render out this scene in eevee with Blender 2.93 alpha and I’m experiencing issues with light dots showing up in my viewport and this strange pixelated halo around this grassy hill I made… Please see attached screenshots for reference.

I wanted to test out the new eevee DOF improvements but found myself stumbling around other problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
