You know…a friend of mine at school said something about this yesterday…
I haven’t watched the video, but there is a similar class of crime similar to this known as hit and run in the US.
A crime involving a infant child and a car is nothing new unfortunately, but usually of a different sort where the mother doesn’t consider the fact the baby will get heat stroke in a car during a hot day (and not just babies, this has happened to pets too).
The officials tracked down some of the people in the video already. They said they didn´t see the girl -.-
I remember a comedian in the US trying something related. He used fakeblood for a stabwound or gunshot and placed himself on a sidewalk with a high pedestrian frequency. Took him a few hours in the dirt and a few thousand people passing and stepping over him, before the first one even tried to address him if he needs help.
So I guess it´s not just China, or the U.S for that matter, I guess it´s everywhere with a high population density, where your neighbour is an alien nusiance and not Jeff from next door whom you ask to water your plants while you´re on holiday.
And to be honest having to deal with chinese “officials” surely scares helpers to begin with. Since years now the chinese survival strategy number one for most citizens seems to be “lay low, mind your own buisiness”
And no, I don´t try to defend anyone in the video - everything else besides the fact that one can accidentially hit a pedestrian is simply inexcusable.

I wasn’t going to watch this. I’ve never been a fan of the arrogance of drivers, and I’m not big on squished kids either.
But COME ON!
I mean, not only did the first car stop over her (were they checking a MAP?!), then proceed to drive the SECOND tire over her, then ANOTHER truck runs over her later!
The craziest part is when the person moves her, but it seems they did so only so they could drive their own truck through without driving over the kid.
I don’t get it.
One time I was driving and I, and the person in the opposing lane, both stopped in the middle of the road at night because there was a bunny in the road. We both got out and spent about five minutes arguing with the bunny and trying to herd him off the road. I regularly stop when there’s a squirrel on the side of the side of the road I think MIGHT jet out in front of the car.
But this causes a complete disconnect in the circuit pathways of my brain.
I just don’t get this.
I hope every person in this video gets reincarnated as road kill. Then gets reincarnated again and again as this little girl.
I seriously doubt if anyone claims (except the very first pedestrian) that he/she did no see her. I mean a 2 yr child lying on the road with blood all around, motorcyclists and pedestrians even stopping by to see and still they claim they didn’t see her? 
@mr.ace & mr.adam: Sorry for sharing something kinda censored but my (main) point was not the child hit by the truck but people simply passing by as if they have no incentives left at all? Its actually my fault that I didn’t indicate that in the thread title or content, maybe coz I ran into a nasty headache after seeing that.
