can you tell me how to reset these skeleton layers…
so that i can see all bones in default layer only.
(i tried to remove the white dot using ctl , alt etc but not happng).
You can show the bones from multiple layers by Shift-Clicking on the layers that you want to view.
If you want to put them all into a single layer, then select the bones in the 3D viewport and press M to pick the layer to move them into.
