2023 and still cannot focus using two monitors?

Blender is awesome, but it truly sucks when it comes to ‘basic’ UI.
I have two monitors; one I do code, second I have Blender on MacOS. Whenever I switch window blender window deactivates I have to manually select the window to make it ‘active’ - but worse it still gets key strokes but not the mouse input.

What am I obviously missing up here ? Is it just me ?

Thanks !

Download the latest version- there’s a patch in I believe 3.6 or 4.0 where hovering does give focus
