250 pictures, now what?

Okei, So I am a beginner at this.

I made a model of a tree and textured it, I then also managed to animate it (10 seconds).

When I rendered it I ended up with 250 pictures… Now I have no idea to do :stuck_out_tongue:

I realize I need to edit this photos into a movie. I just dont know how… “What program to use, and how” is the question.

Blender can do this http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:Manual/Sequencer
Basically:

  • Add image sequence to sequencer.
  • Add effects if needed
  • Set video output format in renderer settings avi, mpg, mov etc
  • In render animation settings set ‘Do Sequene’ so it outputs from the sequencer
  • Set output location
  • Press Anim button to create the video
  • Done

verify the output file format in the render panel
the default settings are jpeg; if you want to render a movie, you have to choose a movie output format and click anim render button
