Me and some friends have been developing an open source (i.e. free) racing game for some time and now our project needs a full design and nice 3D models, but also other things like a HUD or a logo. It’s up to you to create the whole look of the game (yes, we need a total design, we even need to decide the exact kind of racing game we’ll make).
The game code itself is far beyond our artwork (we have a good 3D engine, sound, and preliminary support for network, but the textures / 3D models are really awful, I’ve tried but really can’t 
).

Btw, we have a blender plugin to export models so yes, you can use blender.
