The face seems a little flattened.
You may want to get a front and side view as guides.
That is what I do.
Besides that, here is a really good tutorial from BlenderCookie that covers topology flow.
It will give a good breakdown of how to make sure the finished form can be animated and shaped realistically.
BlenderCookie also has a series for minimal purchase on modeling a female head.
They are a great resource for nearly anything to do with Blender.
