3D Human model for Medical solution

Hi,

We are a small but promising startup operating in bootstrap R&D mode, which means we have limited resources but a strong vision. We are looking for a talented 3D designer proficient in Blender, ideally with experience in creating interactive 3D models for web integration.

Project Overview:
We need to create or modify existing 3D male and female models that will be integrated into our medical education feature. These models will not be animated but must be consistent in style, well-designed, and neatly segmented into multiple body areas (surface only). These segmented areas will be clickable by users to reveal information.
We have already a 3d model in place but it has too many imperfections, so we can clearly explain what we want and show examples.

Technical Requirements:
-The models should be optimized for web performance, meaning a .glb file under 300KB with proper polygon management.
-We prefer working with pre-existing human models that can be adjusted rather than building from scratch to save time.
-The male and female models should be visually cohesive, with smooth surfaces and a neutral, multiracial appearance (not representative of any specific ethnicity).
-The models should have no hair and should be well-textured for a clean and professional look (not detailed genitals).
-The segmentation (cutting of different body parts) must be precise, with no gaps, defects, or irregularities.
-Rendering and texturing are required, with multiple texture variations as needed.
-The models must support zooming in without losing detail while remaining lightweight.
-The final models must be delivered with full rights (no royalties or restrictions).

Additional Preferences:
-Expertise in polygon optimization to ensure performance scalability on the website.
-Ability to export and compress the files properly while maintaining visual quality.
-Experience in web-based 3D integration is highly preferred, as we may need guidance on technical challenges related to implementation.
Ideally, someone who has previously worked on interactive 3D models for websites and understands potential issues in real-time rendering and performance constraints.

Deliverables:
-3D Male and Female models (with segemented body parts with proper grouping)
-Dental 3D model (to be discussed)
-Compressed, well-optimized .glb files
-Multiple texture variations (if possible)
-Technical support or guidance on web integration challenges
