Hello, just a quick question, how do you enter 3d mode?

Double click on the “Blender” icon…

If you add any more faces, it won’t be a cube any more…

Seriously though, I’m not sure what you mean - can you give us a little more information?

OK, so i’ve got a cube, and i want it to get one more face…
well actually many more faces, maybe 12…
I’m making a low polygon face :smiley:

I meant the blender icon on your desktop…

For the cube: try going into edit mode (press tab) then go to the Mesh menu, then “Edges” submenu, then “Subdivide”.

Anyway, what did you mean about 3d mode?

Thanks i got the 2nd thing, now for 3d mode…
when u enter blender, everything is in 2D
It’s kinda annoying…
I cant get a cube it si flat :S

I think by “3d mode” you mean “perspective mode”. Press 5 on the numeric keypad. It’s very hard to model like that though, I think.

All i get is 4 lines linked together instead of a cube…
its kinda annoying, i want it to be 3d…

I’m using blender, the older one…
The new one does work like 3d but not the old one…
