3D model in DAE (Collada) format

Hi everyone…
i exported a blender model into DAE (collada) format. If i open that collada file, i got some informations of model, such as :

<node id="Head" name="Head" sid="Head" type="JOINT">
                    <matrix sid="transform">1 0 0 0 0 0.9592171 0.2826718 1.018672 0 -0.2826719 0.9592168 -3.71442e-7 0 0 0 1</matrix>

so, my question is,…
Can someone explain to me please? what kind of values are those? 1 0 0 … 0.2826718 ??
