3D Print Toolbox - Zero Faces

Hello! I’m modifying a character model for 3D printing for the first time and I’m running into a problem. Whenever I analyze the meshes I get Zero Faces errors, and it flags every face.

I’ve tried following the guidelines in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rgrLWFUjlk&t=558s
and nothing I do seems to solve the issue. I even created a cube and even that comes out as all zero faces

I’m guessing I have some issue with the scale of the model, but I’m kind of at a loss. Any advice would be very much appreciated. I’m including my blend file if someone could take a look at it

Must be a bug and the addon doesn’t seem to be updated at all at this blender version idk, either idk know who is the developer of this addon, but if you seek the description in add-ons the author should appear and maybe google that name and contact him for more info of your issue…

Well it’s shipped with blender 3D Print Toolbox and have you ever heard of Campbell Barton…? To be honest i don’t know what Zero Faces are…

Tip: Blender has a setting for Compress File under Blender Preferences → Save & Load → Blend Files or even on the Blender File View on the right (cog wheel icon…) then the file would be just 17MB instead of 64MB and if you had deleted all other than the shown part of the boot even just 0.7MB (772KB)… (you may even want to delete this on WE??)

Thank you, but I didn’t ask for advice on compression, I asked about zero faces

But some people may not even look into your files because they are so big and won’t even try to help you. With only 772KB you could also directly upload here on BA.
