3D with Python, possible?

I wish to make a GUI in Python like the one in Wings3D, is it possible with Python?

I’ve searched the web and found Vpython, but can we select a face created with it? Can it be used with wxwindows?

Do you know any 3d UI created with Python?

Endo is a rewrite of Wings in Python:

I tried it a out a year ago and basic functionality was there. I think one of the contributors is/was on these boards too
