Hi im a 3ds max user and iam trying to transfer my work to blender but i cant find a way on how to import my 3dsmax file with texture to blender. Is there a way to do this or i just need to retexture all my models when im importing my 3dsmax files to blender?
You might need to export into another format first. Blender has not 3ds max compatible. Nor maya. Check blender and see importing objects. It would be best to use .glb if you can.
Hi, I have huge 3dsmax model archive (vray) ı consider switch blender but dont want abandon my archive.I was try maxtoblender plugin. But textures are not correct. Is there any workflow converting 3dsmax object (with vray material) to blender ?
