Hi guys, back again 
Just wondering if you think i should use logic bricks or a script to make a 3rd Person Camera, in the same style as Skyrim, how the scrolling wheel zooms it in and out.
If a python script, how would i go about doing the zoom with the scroll wheel
hey, as far as i know its not possible with bricks. but people here are nice enought that they shared some scripts with us. look in the resource part of the forum, http://blenderartists.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?36-Game-Engine-Resources. u will find fps/3th person cameras there. including the zoom in\out. jope it helped

Game_Setup.blend (1.19 MB) Here is something I have been messing around with. It’s an all logic brick bare bones 3rd person cam with a tiny script attached to the camera to center the cursor. basically the cam will rotate around the player while he doesnt move, and when there is movement the player will control the rotation.
Mouse= free cam look, player movement rotation
W = Forward movement
Player will snap to camera orientation when standing still
