49 Minute Video Output and Crashing

Hello,

I’ve imported video then edited it with a lot of cuts, speed ups and slow downs & also added MP3 audio tracks also with lots of cuts to sync with the video. It was a few weeks of editing and now when I go to output the video/audio by hitting the animation button it gets about 3/4 of the ways through all the frames then crashes.

How would I go about outputting a project of this type? It is 147,588 frames long/49 minutes and my computer has an i5 with 4 GB ram.

split your video export in 2 part:
the first part stop at 73.794 frames

That’s A good plan. If I split it in two will I be able to combine the two videos into one video using blender afterwards?

try if it fail you can still combine your video in an other video editor (openshot, kdenlive, virtualdub…)
