A better way to locate needed files for .exe?

In the tut I am reading on GE, at the end after creating a .exe of the game it says:

NOTE: You may need to include a few other files along with that executable. Copy the file to a new folder and run it. If it gives an error that a file is missing, copy that file (probably a .dll file) into the same folder. Continue this process until the game runs. You will then be able to distribute those files to your colleagues.

There must be a better way to include all the files for the .exe to run?

Thank you very much

well. it really is no problem, just include all dll files from your blender root folder… really is no problem, but yes, they should have made the “make runtime” include them or something.
