A 'Better' worse than 'good'..

Having done some excercises from ArchViz (CGCookie) I noticed after having excecuted a few actions (loopcuts, scaling, translation) the mesh looses regular structure, some vertices have been displaced - is there any function that re-‘beautyfies’ the mesh ?
Make it somehow regular again ??

Since the structure is all perpendicular/rectangular, you can use scaling to straighten stuff up.
Specifically S(Scale)>X(Scale on X axis)>0 (Scale to 0)

OK, that would work partially. BUt since some vertices fell off that x,y(and z) structure comletely I mean a function however that would ‘regularize’/ reorder the mesh again as a whole ?
