ok so in collage iv been given the task of filming a shoot at our local theater, iv now used blender to make a scale model of the venue, is there a way of ditributeing this to other team member that allows it to be simply viewed in 3d without blender ?

Well, Blender can export VRML. You might look into that.
You could also make a render to an avi/mpg file.
And/or convert that to a flash file.
You could package it into an executabe, where they just press P and the camera flies through.
I’ve looked at Google O3D.
