A cube a wall there collision

I am trying to make an fps game with logic bricks i am currently trying to work out the the collison to fit the fps style, but every time i hit a wall my cube goes bouncing and spinning back. My cube is a rigid body while the wall is just a static without collision bounds is there a way to fix it to where the cube just stops after hitting the wall

If you’re using simple motion than that’s what is causing your problem.
Have a search for “Servo Motion”.

Press the Right Arrow Key and check the logic Bricks.

kiddchaos, you’ve actually been quite rude, but we’ll ignore that for now, assuming it was just haste of course.
I beleive you can set the damping in the servo actuator - there is a setting you can change. play around.
