What is the lightning setup like? This is so good that it looks hand drawn, and the glints don’t seem to align into a single light source in my head. Did you hand-paint the textures or there is some light-and-shadow work going in the shader after all?

Here is a three-point lighting (you can look at the screenshot) + AO in the compositor. All textures here are Principled BSDF.
