What do you guys think? The light to bright? there are two area lamps in the fridge (facing opposite directions) with energy set to 0.15 each (distance 25 and gamma 1 [default])
So the light is probably too bright, but is there anything else?
High res here
Looks good. The cabinet seems too big compared to the fridge size.
Thanks, valid point… I’ll fix that now…
It is taking quite long to render (4hrs@1680x1050), so don’t expect any updates too soon.
Update:
Looks very good but one thing I would suggest is a little variation on the placing of the contents in the fridge.
Take the green cans for example… they are all perfectly aligned in rows, maybe move them around a bit if you get my point.
Who said skeletons aren’t perfect but you’re right… its just going to be hard to move around 64 individual cans to make it look more natural…
The skull is hard to find in there. You should maybe put the red cans behind it to give more contrast to its outline.
It renders for four hours? Wow. That is really a lot of time.
And, by the way, skeletons put kettles in the fridge? Or are the things inside just everything liquid from a kitchen?
The skull is supposed to be hard to notice at first.
There is no kettle
The wood texture on what looks to be the pantry is letting the picture down. It appears firstly like the whole cabinet was cut from the same piece of wood because the same texture flows across lower doors, frame and then upper doors. The grain also appears too large and it should have a polished, smooth surface without any bump.
Good point… i think I’ll change it to a lighter wood as well
Until i read Emu’s comment i didn’t even see the skull so may be you should move it forward.
I want the skull hidden, so you only notice it after a little while of looking into the fridge… giving you that ‘what is th-- OMG!!!’ moment… i love those
