I wonder if these guys are long lost cousins. Nice work.
It’s the nub like horns that give it away.
And a tendency to hang around in fiery environments. 
That’s pretty good, although he doesn’t look evil enough. You should bring the eyes down more so he’s almost squinting.
The picture goes together well though.

lol. desoto, that’s not a bad idea. I once did a cartoon called ‘the fork of death’,…featuring a guy playing chess with the grim reaper, who has him in a king/queen fork, and the guy says ‘can I take that back?’. This is funny to chess players, because newbies are always asking for take backs right after you waste on them with some gnarly combo that you’ve spent half of the game setting up. hehe
i think some lighting could really bring this out… like a really bright orangey light shinging straight from the top… it would give the demon some serious highlights and dark shadows where they count most =) or maybe from the side
doh, but it may clash with his collar/clothes which i assume are only silhoutte =( you should add more polys to those sharp corners though
not bad otherwise =) some more lighting would shine his skin texture up a bit
hmm, is his face flat too?
