A GE Glow script?

I am thinking of a script to make next and thinking on make a glow one. What it will do is takes a tris model and its texture/uvmap calculate 2d glow, then the glow data is cahnged to handle the mesh, by applying Halos [add texture] @ the positions of where the glow would accure on the uv mesh.

Would anyone consider this interesting?

SOunds very promissing but also very difficult, however it’s something I’ve been trying to do w/o scripting (but have failed misserablely) but would use in every game!
