Do we… get a file? A description, maybe? Please provide information about your game, or else it’s a pointless post, and no one likes that  .

This game is a roleplaying game. You have to find your way to the spaceship. The filesize is 25 mb’s zipped. SO i need a host server to distribute my file…

seems like an interesting project.

do you want some crits? I have a couple of pointers that you could use to make the game look better…

  1. your textures need work…find a copy of Photoshop or some other similarly advanced 2D painting/photo manip programe(or use GIMP) and practise the hell out of it! :stuck_out_tongue: As well as your UV mapping skills…UV mapping experience is just as important as texture painting experience…If you get frustrated though, you might be able to find really great textures online for your basic metal, ground and UFO textures. You would need some texture painting or pre-rendered texture creating experience to map your alien characters with great textuers though. basically…work on your texture making and mapping skills…textures make or break a game visually, how good a game looks is all in the textures.

  2. another (much more quick) one…perhaps the red sky is…too red? you have to keep in mind how certain colors react with the human eye…if you stare at that red long enough, and in-turn if someone plays your game long enough, there eyes will melt out of there skull! :stuck_out_tongue: …haha, j/k…but a sky that red will get extremely uncomortable to look at for prolonged periods of time…maybe try dulling down its vibrancy to more of a browinsh-red? :expressionless: …it is your game however, so how am I to say how you should make it? :stuck_out_tongue:

I dunno, those are just my thoughts as far as tips go…but it seems like a cool concept, I havnt seen too many alien games on the forums lately, so keep it up, and happy blending!
