pouf pouf , i’m working on a Ahtlon 64 DualCore 3800+ on XP home . here is my problem : when i open blender , in the affinity of the “processus” ( ctrl+alt+supr > right click on blender > affinity ) only one core (the second) is marked. so i mark the first one :
I ‘say to blender’ that he must use 2 thread ( F10 ) and i render a scene , during this rendering i look in the Software Everest and see that only one core is working ( the second):
I was wondering if your other software is able to multi-thread? Sounds like you’ve turned on multi-threads in the render options so you would think that would be it. I don’t have an AMD so no real help here.
